Member Engagement Activities

We are excited to highlight the "Member Engagement Committee" at the College of Service Operations. Formed in 2021, this committee's purpose is to help the College manage the membership portfolio to drive recruitment, engagement, and retention. Throughout the year, regular online workshops covering research, publishing, networking, teaching, and other topics of interest to members are organized by the Member Engagement Committee. Future workshops will be announced via the POMS mailing list.
